Jeffrey Nisenson is the founder of JS Market Advisory and brings over two decades of experience helping public companies and their leadership teams navigate the complexities of the capital markets. He built his career on delivering strategic insight and actionable intelligence in areas such as shareholder analytics, investor relations, market perception and activist dynamics.
Prior to establishing JS Market Advisory, Jeffrey held senior advisory and consulting roles where he helped clients interpret ownership trends, monitor market activity, respond to activist threats, and optimize their investor-communications strategies. His experience spans across industries and includes working closely with management teams and boards to translate complex market data into clear, confident decisions.
Jeffrey is known for his collaborative approach—partnering directly with clients, aligning his work to their strategic objectives, and delivering clear, customized guidance rather than one-size-fits-all solutions. His practice is grounded in a belief that transparency, preparedness and strong communication are central to creating long-term value in the markets.
Outside of his advisory work, Jeffrey remains engaged in market research and governance trends, staying ahead of evolving investor expectations and regulatory change. He holds a B.A. degree from Michigan State University and M.B.A from Ramapo College of NJ laying the foundation for a career defined by expertise, integrity, and results.
